Understand your body. Build strength. Move with confidence.

Good posture isn’t just about sitting up straight. It’s about how our whole body works together.

Join Chloe for an interactive workshop exploring the foundations of movement, strength and stability. We’ll go right back to basics, revisiting some of the very first movements we learnt as babies — from lifting our heads and rolling to crawling and eventually standing. Together, we’ll explore how our shoulders, core, back and glutes work together, and how simple exercises can help us feel stronger and more supported as we move through everyday life. This won’t be a traditional workout. We’ll slow things down, break down different movements and take time to understand how to do them effectively, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and put what you’re learning into practice.

During the workshop, we’ll explore:

  • What posture means beyond simply “standing up straight”

  • Shoulder stability and how to support your upper body

  • Core strength and the muscles that support your spine

  • The role of your back and glutes in strength and stability

  • Rotation, anti-rotation and moving with greater control

  • Simple exercises to incorporate into your everyday routine

Whether you spend much of your day at a desk, want to feel more confident in your classes or are simply curious about how your body moves, this is a chance to build your understanding from the ground up.

You’ll leave with practical exercises to use at home and a clearer understanding of how to move with strength, stability and confidence.

Suitable for all levels.
