Cherry Bakewell Baked Oats 🍒

A cosy, high-protein breakfast that feels like a treat but keeps you fuelled all morning. Perfect for meal prep and busy weekdays when you want something nourishing, warming, and ready to go.

Serves 6–8


Ingredients

2 ripe medium bananas, mashed

200g rolled oats

1 tsp baking powder

60g vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp hemp seeds

400ml milk of choice

2 handfuls fresh or frozen cherries (or mixed berries)

4 tsp almond butter

2 tbsp flaked almonds


Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease a baking dish and add the mashed banana, oats, baking powder, protein powder and milk. Mix well to combine.

Stir through the cherries or berries.

Dollop the almond butter on top and gently swirl through. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.

Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.

Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4–5 days.

Best served warm with thick Greek yoghurt for an extra protein boost.
