Quick, Simple & Packed with Goodness
Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or time-consuming. This nourishing bowl comes together in under 10 minutes — full of flavour, colour, and all the right nutrients to keep you fuelled and satisfied. It’s one of those meals that proves healthy eating can be both easy and delicious, especially when your fridge and cupboard are stocked with a few staples.

Ingredients:
Brown rice pasta
Cherry tomatoes
A spoonful of pesto
Greens of your choice (spinach, kale, or rocket)
Jumbo chickpeas for protein
Drizzle of olive oil
Tahini, sea salt & black pepper
Method:
Cook the brown rice pasta according to the packet instructions.
While it cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes and warm through with pesto in a pan.
Add the drained chickpeas and greens, tossing gently until everything
is coated and heated through.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, tahini, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Tip:Keep a few pantry staples — good olive oil, chickpeas, pesto, and wholegrain pasta — on hand for days when you need something healthy fast.
