Strawberry Protein Oats

These creamy blended oats taste like strawberry cheesecake in breakfast form… packed with 30g+ protein

and perfect for busy mornings or post-workout fuel. No cooking required, takes 5 minutes to prep, and you can add the dark chocolate shell for an extra delicious treat (or enjoy without for a lighter version).


INGREDIENTS


• 90g rolled oats

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 60ml milk of choice

• 80g fresh strawberries

• 110g Greek yoghurt

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

• Pinch of salt


Chocolate Shell (optional but SO good!)

• 60g dark chocolate

• 1–2 tbsp coconut oil


METHOD


1. Add all oat ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.


2. Pour into bowls, jars or ramekins and smooth the top.


3. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth.


4. Pour over the oats to create a chocolate shell layer.


5. Place in the fridge for 2–3 hours or overnight to set.


Enjoy straight from the fridge ✨
