1. Incorporate Pilates into your routine – its magic!!
Pilates strengthens the core, improves flexibility/mobility, and is great for overall body awareness. Aim for at least two to three sessions per week
Â
2. Prioritise daily movement/move naturally
Regular physical activity boosts cardiovascular health, improves mood, and increases energy levels. Try ealking everyday and/or a short 10-minute Pilates session.
Â

3. Incorporate x 2-3 strength training sessions with weightsÂ
Strength training builds muscle, improves bone density, and boosts metabolism. Focus on major muscle groups with exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows.
Â
4. Start Your Day with Meditation/Gratitude/Journalling
5-10 minutes each morning of mindfulness or gratitude practice can set a calm tone for the day and help with your self love and compassion towards yourself. Â
Â
5. Create a morning/evening routine
A structured morning routine sets you up for the day ahead! It can help increase your productivity, help clear the head, move your body.

Some ideas to try include:
Waking up when the sun rises, drinking a big glass of warm water, tongue scraping, light stretching or yoga, getting outside/grounding, eating some nourishing food (ideally high protein to break the 12 hr fast), cold shower.
A calming evening routine can improve sleep hugely and help the body unwind. Avoid screens an hour before bed, do some gentle stretching, have a warm bath with Epsom salts, practice some breathwork, or read a book.
Â
6. Practice breathing exercises
Find moments in your day to include some kind of breathing exercises.
Try techniques like nasal breathing when walking, big belly breaths in the bath, or the 4-7-8 method (inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8).

7. Nourish your body with whole foods
Eating whole, unprocessed foods for me is so important – it provides essential nutrients, supports overall health, and helps boost energy levels. (and good for skin too!).
Focus on a diet rich in SEASONAL fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. Try to cook from scratch whenever possible to avoid added sugars and preservatives.
Â
8. Supplements
Make sure you find the right supplements for YOU! Do a blood test to see where you need to supplement. Everyone is different!
Â
9. Connect with nature daily
Spending time in nature is my therapy but it can also help reduces stress, improves mood, and help with our mental well-being. The earth's electromagnetic field can also help balance our own - Â grounding (walking barefoot on natural surfaces), gardening, or daily walks in a natural setting.
Â
10. LOVE deeply, LAUGH, LIVE, BE NOW!
