Matcha Protein Overnight Oats

A nourishing, energising breakfast to support your morning from the inside out. Packed with fibre, protein and slow-release energy, this creamy matcha oat pot is perfect for busy days — helping you feel balanced, satisfied and sustained.


Ingredients:


  • 2 heaped tsp matcha powder

  • 60ml water

  • 100g rolled oats

  • 40g Form Nutrition protein powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 60g thick coconut or Greek yoghurt

  • 300ml plant-based milk


To serve:

Greek yoghurt, berries, cacao nibs



Method:


  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with a splash of warm water to form a smooth paste. Add the remaining water and mix well.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, chia seeds and milk. Stir until creamy, then pour in the matcha mixture and stir again.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4–6 hours) to thicken.

  4. Once ready, stir again and divide between two glasses or jars. Layer with yoghurt and berries, then finish with extra yoghurt, berries and a sprinkle of cacao nibs for crunch.

  5. Enjoy straight away, or store covered in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
