Event Details:

An evening shaped by early courage and quiet steadfastness. The Pink Moon is named for the first wild flowers that push through hardened ground, meeting the returning light and warmth, and shaping the conditions that allow what follows to survive.

We begin with ceremonial cacao to soften the system and open the chest, followed by a series of breath based meditations to establish rhythm, steadiness, and internal support. Movement then unfolds in fluid, heart led sequences that explore reaching, yielding, and holding form as conditions remain in flux. The practice invites courage in the body, trust in timing, and the capacity to remain open as the season gathers pace. Leaving you steady, warm, and attuned to what is beginning to rise.
