You are responsible for working within your own limits and stopping immediately if something feels painful or unsafe. 4. Instructors may offer hands-on corrections unless you prefer not to receive them. Please inform us at any time. 5. Chloe’s Pilates Studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during participation, except in cases of proven negligence. 6. You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidance given by your instructor. By signing or digitally agreeing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
