Join Emilie from Star Seed for a restorative morning exploring the power of natural skincare rituals. Learn how to use gua sha, facial cupping and simple self-massage techniques to boost circulation, reduce puffiness, release tension and promote healthy, glowing skin. During the workshop you'll discover: - The benefits of facial massage - How to support healthy skin ageing naturally - Techniques to release tension in the jaw, face and neck - A simple at-home ritual you can easily incorporate into your daily routine We'll begin with a grounding meditation before moving into the workshop, and finish with a deeply relaxing sound healing led by Chloe, leaving you feeling calm, lifted and glowing from the inside out. Time: 11am-12.30pm Cost: £30 per person

Chloe’s Pilates Studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during participation, except in cases of proven negligence. 6.
