Join Bebe for a fast-paced, high-energy circuits class designed to challenge you and maximise results. Suitable for individuals or pairs, you’ll rotate through five stations, each with two exercises, keeping you constantly moving and your heart rate elevated. Expect a mix of cardio, bodyweight, and resistance training, with 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for optimal conditioning and calorie burn. Best suited to those with a basic fitness level, with options and progressions provided throughout.

Chloe’s Pilates Studio – Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement Welcome to Chloe’s Pilates Studio. Please read and agree to the following to ensure your safety and wellbeing. Liability Waiver 1. You participate in all classes, sessions, workshops, and events at your own risk. Pilates and strength training involve physical activity, and while guidance is provided, injuries can occur. 2. You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, health concerns, or changes (including pregnancy) before class begins. 3. You are responsible for working within your own limits and stopping immediately if something feels painful or unsafe. 4. Instructors may offer hands-on corrections unless you prefer not to receive them. Please inform us at any time. 5. Chloe’s Pilates Studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during participation, except in cases of proven negligence. 6. You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidance given by your instructor. By signing or digitally agreeing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
