Valentine’s Açaí, Chia & Goji Smoothie Bowl

A vibrant, antioxidant-rich smoothie bowl that feels indulgent but is deeply nourishing. Packed with fibre, healthy fats and plant-powered goodness, this is the perfect Valentine’s breakfast - whether you’re sharing it with someone you love or enjoying a quiet self-love moment.

Ingredients
Smoothie base:
• 1 frozen banana
• A handful of berries
(Use unfrozen fruit if you prefer room-temperature smoothies during the winter months.)
• 1–2 tsp açaí powder
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp hemp seeds
• 1 tsp maca powder
• Splash of almond milk or Greek yoghurt (just enough to blend for a thick, spoonable texture)
Toppings:
• Goji berries
• Cacao nibs
• Coconut flakes
I use a lot of my ingredients from Raw Living.
Method
1. Add all smoothie base ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until thick, creamy and spoonable, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
4. Enjoy slowly — a little Valentine’s self-love moment ❤️
